Talentify – Peer Learning Convention – (Multi-Language Event)

Overview

The partnership between Vienna Business Agency and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China looked organized a virtual event to bring together companies in both China and Austria, foster economic relations between the countries, and showcase opportunities offered to businesses by both sides.

The Challenges

For this project, there were 2 main challenges.

Challenge 1, overcoming internet controls. Given the location of both companies meant that the event was to have speakers and audience within the Austria and China.

With strict internet constraints, the first challenge was to identify a production workflow that would allow for all speakers to deliver their presentations within the same virtual space regardless of their location.

Challenge 2, virtual event concept development. Figuring out an event program that would be interesting and relevant for both sides given the cultural differences and technological limitations. 

The Solution

Through BSEEN's webinarPro System, technical tools proven to work were identified, this required to coordinate a series of tests with teams both in Vienna and Shanghai to validate all assumptions.
